This channel is not intended for submitting complaints or customer claims, as we already have specific customer service channels available for that purpose.
Our Channel guarantees the confidentiality of the information reported, the personal data of the reporting person, and the personal data of the individuals reported or otherwise affected, in compliance with Law 2/2023of 20 February on the Protection of Whistleblowers (Informants).
This confidentiality may be lifted in cases where we are legally required to disclose information and personal data to the judicial authorities, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the competent administrative authority within the framework of a criminal, disciplinary, or sanctioning investigation
To ensure confidentiality and compliance with personal data protection regulations, our Channel will be supervised by our Data Protection Officer, Business Adapter®.
Before submitting a report, please remember that you must have reasonable grounds to believe, based on the information and circumstances available at the time of reporting, that the facts reported are true.
The credibility of the report will be assessed, and it may be declared inadmissible if it does not comply with the provisions established in Law 2/2023 of 20 February.
